We are proud to be a subsidiary of the reputable YLG Professional Corporation, led by Mr. Afshin Yazdani, who serves as both President and Barrister at Yazdani Law Group. Leadership and Management:

At the top of our organizational chart, the Founder oversees the strategic vision and long-term goals of YLG California. Our CEO manages executive functions and collaborates closely with department managers to maintain seamless operations and exceptional client service.

Key Departments and Teams:

•Operations Management: Led by the Manager of Ontario Operation and BC Operation Manager, each team is supported by lawyers, legal assistants, and law clerks who provide high-level legal expertise. The Manager of the BC Branch oversees administrative support with dedicated receptionists and sales representatives to ensure smooth client intake and interactions.

•Human Resources: Managed by our HR Manager and supported by an HR Assistant, this department is committed to recruiting and training top-tier professionals who align with YLG California’s core values and service excellence.

•Finance and Accounting: Directed by the Manager of Finance, this team includes accounting clerks and secretarial support, ensuring robust financial oversight and streamlined budget management.

•IT and Technical Support: Our IT Director leads the technical team with a focus on maintaining secure, efficient systems for both internal operations and client data. This includes help desk staff and system administrators ensuring technological reliability.

•Campaigns and Branding: The Manager of Campaigns and Manager of Branding collaborate with senior sales representatives and marketing associates to enhance client engagement and brand visibility through targeted strategies.

•Customer Service: Managed by the Customer Service Manager, supported by clerks and administrative assistants, this team is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and addressing client inquiries efficiently.
